Volunteer Time (VT)

Empowering individuals displaced by technology through volunteerism, skill development, and community support. Our platform allows volunteers to gain skills by contributing to community projects and receiving direct support from the public through donations and tips.

Human Innovation Project (HipTips)

A collaborative platform where users can share thoughts, ideas, problems, and solutions. We’re integrating AI to analyze these contributions, match problems with innovative solutions, and cross-reference them with patent databases to uncover unique, community-driven innovations.

Equity Share and Data Ownership

• Participants receive equity shares according to their level of project participation.
• Users have full control over their data, with the option to be reimbursed for their data, feedback, and contributions.

Project Center and Survey Feedback Loop

A dedicated project center enables participants to collaborate on innovative projects, from concept to implementation. A survey feedback loop helps gauge product/service fit and demand.

Job Retention Program

Supporting workers displaced by technology through retraining, job placement, and entrepreneurship opportunities, while preventing layoffs through creative retention strategies.

Retention Compensation Plan

• Partnering with, buying, or creating businesses in fields experiencing job displacement.
• Offering a retention compensation plan tied to the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
• Employees commit to 2.5 hours a week of volunteerism with a trackable nonprofit cause and gain full access to the innovation incubator.

On-Call Support and Smooth Transitions

Participants are on-call for a set number of hours to their previous job to ensure a smooth transition, maintaining business continuity while exploring new opportunities.
